Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of IT network infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and closure


• Work with clients to understand their network and IT infrastructure pain points and requirements, and then design and provide solutions that meet their business needs


• Develop and implement project delivery strategies, ensuring all project milestones are met while managing potential risks


• Manage project budgets, forecasts, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope


• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment


• Proactively identify and escalate project risks and report progress to senior management regularly


• Build and maintain high-performance project teams, and integrate resources from our quality ecosystem of certified service providers and partners


• Develop and execute key account service strategies, aligning with customer business goals to foster long-term partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline


• At least 5 years of experience successfully managing complex IT infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on network infrastructure, servers, and on-premise and cloud environments


• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources


• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, specifically network architecture, cloud technologies, servers, and vendor products
