Job summary

A well-established recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to lead investment and process improvement projects. Job Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Plan, organize, and oversee investment and process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, project documentation, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Analyze current investment and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
  • Design and implement streamlined processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to drive measurable performance enhancements.
  • Track and measure process improvements, ensuring sustainable implementation.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology) to align project goals with organizational strategy.
  • Communicate project objectives, timelines, and progress clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants as required.
DATA & FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
  • Support investment analysis, feasibility assessments, and ROI evaluations.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and project prioritization.
  • Prepare financial models and business cases for investment initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within investment, finance, or process improvement functions.
  • Experience with process optimization, business transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and Excel
