Job description
  • Lead the full lifecycle of LTA commuter facility infrastructure projects involving cycling path construction, erection of low and high covered linkway, widening of junctions, diversion of drains, relocation of services, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, and handover.

  • Develop and monitor project schedules, progress reports, cost forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure on‑time and within-budget delivery.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams — including civil, structural, electrical, and utility engineers — and manage subcontractors and consultants to achieve project objectives.

  • Prepare and review technical submissions, design documentation, and construction method statements in compliance with LTA specifications and authority regulations (e.g., LTA, PUB, NParks, URA, NEA).

  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation and cost‑control measures.

  • Ensure workplace safety, quality assurance, and environmental management standards are maintained in accordance with ISO and company requirements.

  • Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and liaise closely with clients, consultants, and government agencies.

  • Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, productivity, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board.

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience managing design and construction for LTA commuter facility or infrastructure projects.

  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera P6, and familiar with LTA standards, safety codes, and submission procedures.

  • Work Schedule: 6-day work week.

  • Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore).
