A leading airport management company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building. The role involves managing projects through their entire lifecycle while coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry and a degree in Engineering. Strong project management skills are essential for success in this position.
As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and development of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will be based at the Changi East Project Office, the site of the future Terminal 5 building.
As part of the T5 project team, you will manage projects for the whole project life cycle from project inception, procurement or services and works, design development, construction and handover. You will need to manage stakeholders, design consultants, and contractors. In addition, you will also manage feasibility and engineering studies, facilitate brief development, review standards, review submissions from consultants and contractors and liaise closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders and public and private agencies on various aspects of the works. As a project manager, you will manage the project(s) time cost and quality to achieve the desired project outcomes.
This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
