Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead site operations. Responsibilities include managing project resources, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and conducting regular inspections. Ideal candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience in the interior fit-out industry, a diploma or relevant qualifications, and strong communication skills. Experience in the construction or design sector is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Interior Fit-out Industry.
  • Able to start work within short notice preferred.
  • Experience in Construction/Interior Design/Furniture Industry is a plus.

Job Scope:
  • Managing & Directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objective
  • Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented
  • Efficient management of resources and materials
  • Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings, coordination with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients and all scope of work that is require in the smooth implementation of a successful project development
  • Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage material at the construction site to ensure zero wastage and no overstock of material
  • Manage manpower and overtime costs to ensure optimal cost-benefit within or below budget
  • Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in Interior Fit-out Industry
  • Minimum higher NITEC/Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered
  • Experience in Construction/Interior Design/Furniture Industry will be an added advantage
  • Able to start work within short notice preferred
