Location: Across Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage Electrical/Mechanical/ M&E construction projects.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring works meet technical, quality, and safety requirements.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project handover, documentation, and final accounts.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in Electrical/Mechanical/M&E construction projects.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s construction regulations and authority submissions.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
