In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising teams on-site, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing budgets, and maintaining client communications. An ideal candidate should have knowledge in residential and commercial electrical installations, and be familiar with tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. Project Manager - Electrical

5.5 days (Mon-Fri, Sat Half day)
Location: Sembawang
Basic Salary: $6000 - $8000

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute electrical projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Lead and supervise cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and technicians.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.

• Develop and communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables to stakeholders.

• Monitor and manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.

• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure project quality and safety compliance.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure electrical installations meet standards and regulations.

• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports to management and clients.

Requirements

• Able to work independently

• Knowledge in residential & commercial building electrical installation works.

• Familiar with AutoCAD / Revit
