Job Description:

This role sits at the intersection of operational teams and technology functions, helping translate business needs into scalable data solutions. The position supports enterprise-wide data initiatives and enables informed decision-making through strong data architecture and governance practices.

Program & Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with cross-regional teams to align on shared practices, standards, and architectural principles.
• Partner with multiple corporate functions to gather requirements and ensure alignment across initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver architecture documentation, technical presentations, and progress reports for stakeholders.

Enterprise Data Architecture

• Define conceptual and logical views of enterprise data to reflect business requirements at a strategic level.
• Shape and execute data management frameworks that support organizational objectives.
• Apply domain-driven approaches to structure data around business capabilities and workflows.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, including quality controls and ownership models.
• Design and evolve enterprise-scale data platforms such as data warehouses and data lake environments.
• Ensure data assets comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain data models that optimize how information is stored, related, and accessed.
• Review existing data platforms to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture and related technologies.
• Strong coding capability in languages such as Python and SQL, with exposure to Java and C++.
• Solid expertise in database platforms, data modeling methodologies, and architectural design.
• Experience working with large-scale data environments, cloud ecosystems, and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing data pipelines that move transactional data into analytical platforms (OLTP → OLAP).
