Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee M&E construction projects. You will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, supervising teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3-10 years of experience in M&E Construction Project Management and a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Company transport is provided, and working days are 5.5 days a week.

• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in M&E Construction Project Management in Singapore.
• Familiar with M&E coordination within building or infrastructure projects.
• Able to manage teams and multiple stakeholders independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&E Construction projects covering Power, Lighting, ACMV, and related systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and track project schedules, resources, and costs.
• Supervise and guide Project Engineers and site teams.
• Review and submit shop drawings for Consultants’ approval.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare Variation Orders and manage authority submissions for Testing & Commissioning.
• Ensure project deliverables meet timelines, safety, and quality standards.

• Attractive Remuneration: Up to $7,500 + Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus (very high!)
• [MUST HAVE] Minimum 3–10 years of experience in M&E Construction Project Management in Singapore
• Established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Main Contractor
• Full-cycle involvement, including Budgeting, Scheduling, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and Authority Submissions
• Location: Site-based (company transport provided to/from nearest MRT station)
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Mon–Fri: 8.30AM–5PM + Sat: 8.30AM–1PM

About the Role

Join an established M&E Main Contractor involved in ground-up and large-scale construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee full Project Lifecycles, manage Site Teams and Engineers, and ensure timely, quality project completion within budget.
