About the job Project Manager (Construction)

JOB SCOPE

To be able to manage and execute building construction projects which covers:

  • Involved in the proposal and tendering phase and overseeing the strategic sequence of the work flow
  • Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
  • Liaising with the Client and Consultant Teams to ensure that project objectives, time schedules and costs are met and controlled
  • Liaising with the relevant Government Authorities to ensure submissions, clearances and all necessary documentation are in place
  • Provide the crucial directions in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
  • Ensure quality of works is achieved and local building regulations are complied with in addition to the Company’s ISO system
  • Lead a team of project staff to execute, deliver and solve construction issues with out of the box approaches

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum relevant degree from university which is recognised by PE Board of Singapore
  • Relevant experience in project management of building construction
  • Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
  • Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
