Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering excellence in various residential developments. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering, have managed at least two projects, and have practical experience in compliance monitoring and team leadership. With a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience, strong computer skills in Microsoft tools, and preferred PPVC experience, this role offers an opportunity to impact project success significantly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering.
• Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo, Residential Development.
• Preferred to have PPVC experiences.
• Min 3-5 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure completion.
• Manage subcontractors’ activities for compliance.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure quality of project delivery meets requirements.

• Ability to lead of Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• To implement control measures on material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
• Supervise daily site activities.
