Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and drive strategic projects in a complex, fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working within government or regulated environments. This role requires an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to challenge ideas constructively while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project planning, scoping, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
- Ensure project governance compliance and adherence to organizational and government frameworks.
- Track project performance and drive continuous improvements for delivery efficiency.
Government Compliance & Processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with government policies, procurement guidelines, funding processes, and tendering requirements.
- Support and coordinate procurement activities including tender preparation, evaluation, and documentation.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet regulatory, audit, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to senior management.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and project reviews to align expectations and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, operations, product teams, and business users to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Coordinate across multiple functional roles to integrate project milestones, technical requirements, and business needs.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to resolve issues and drive project outcomes.
Communication & Leadership
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations confidently to management and stakeholders.
- Provide constructive viewpoints and challenge assumptions where necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence decisions across teams.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Project Management experience.
