Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Tracking and managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Designing and signing off on contracts
  • Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management at a manufacturing or software company, preferably in an Agile environment
  • Thorough knowledge of modern Project Management tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Leadership skills, big‑picture thinking and vision, attention to detail
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
  • BS/MS in a technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math) or work experience of comparable technical content
  • (Not required but nice to have) Project Management certification (e.g. PMP)
  • (Not required but nice to have) Experience in robotics, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, developer APIs
