Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead marine and civil construction projects. The role involves planning, scheduling, cost control, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of marine and civil construction projects, including dredging, coastal protection, piers, wharves, and reclamation works.

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of engineers, site managers, and technical staff.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project progress.

• Monitor work quality, detect potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and statutory requirements.

• Prepare project progress reports and attend project execution meetings.

• Support project planning, tender clarifications, and contract review as needed.

• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marine and civil construction projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Experience with project planning, cost control, and execution of large or complex projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.

• Analytical, proactive to work independently.
