  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, addressing potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety requirements, and authority approvals.
  • Review project drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide site-based solutions.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards and specifications.
  • Manage project costs, control variations, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts to address site challenges and unforeseen issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in A&A and landed house projects.
