Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at Tin Box Group. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving a wide range of projects across the group, including new outlet developments, operational improvement initiatives, brand activations, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage group-wide projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Oversee new outlet set-ups, including coordination of design, fit-out, approvals, and pre-opening activities.
  • Manage operational projects such as renovations, upgrades, and system implementations.
  • Coordinate with the different internal departments and external suppliers and vendors.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and resolve issues proactively,
  • Ensure projects align with brand standards, operational requirements, and guest experience goals.
  • Prepare project plans, budgets, progress reports, and post-project reviews.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure governance across all projects.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varied stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance processes is an advantage.
