Oversee end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and workflow automation initiatives — from business case definition to post-deployment evaluation. Collaborate closely with the AI Business Analyst and AI Engineer to translate business goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and success metrics. Develop detailed project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation plans, and risk registers. Maintain alignment with the Digital Transformation roadmap and ensure transparency across stakeholders. Serve as the bridge between technical teams (AI Engineers, BI Developers) and functional leads (Sales, HR, Finance, IT). Communicate project status, risks, and ROI metrics to executive stakeholders. Oversee budget, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery. Partner with business teams to drive adoption of new automation tools, conduct user training, collect feedback, and iterate on system improvements. Identify improvement and scaling opportunities for reusable automation frameworks. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
