• Project Management experience in government agencies with good working knowledge in IM8 is an added advantage.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the development of the business case and the budget for the ICT system.
• Manage and execute the procurement and audit of IT systems in a timely manner.
• Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs and success metrics, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.
• Identify potential project risks and their implications to the organisation and recommend mitigating measures.
• Effectively engage and manage the vendors to deliver ICT solutions and services.
• Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure that the development and maintenance processes, procedures and systems are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in at least 2 full project development life cycles.
• Project Management experience in government agencies with good working knowledge in IM8 is an added advantage.
