The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Main Contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution of projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project activities for fire alarm system supply and installations.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards.
• Prepare and update project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate material orders, delivery, and site logistics with suppliers.
• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.

Requirements:

• English and Mandarin communication required.
• Experience in fire protection or mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracting is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
