Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural steel works, bollard installations, and integrated construction activities on site
• Translate drawings, technical specifications, and site conditions into clear and workable construction plans
• Coordinate fabrication, delivery, manpower deployment, lifting, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Plan site logistics, work sequencing, and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, workers, clients, and main contractor site teams
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to identify clashes, buildability issues, and design gaps early
• Prepare basic shop drawings, mark-ups, and technical clarifications using AutoCAD
• Work closely with in-house drafters and engineers to resolve technical and site-related issues
• Prepare and manage method statements, RA/MOS, permits to work, and authority submission requirements
• Monitor project schedules, track progress and manpower, anticipate delays, and drive projects to timely completion

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD (basic editing and mark-ups are sufficient)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Able to manage site workers and subcontractors effectively
• Familiar with RA/MOS, PTW, and site safety requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple site activities
