Job summary

A local technology firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to enhance AGV operations, focusing on scheduling, layout design, and system setup. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher qualification, technical expertise in equipment installation, and relevant certifications. This position offers a salary of up to $3500 and operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification or equivalent in years of similar experience.
• Technically qualified with experience in installation of equipment and systems.
• Certification for construction environment is preferred.

• Simulated and optimized AGV scheduling to improve workflow efficiency.
• Designed AGV layout and route mapping for seamless integration.
• Installed AGV server systems and performed software upgrades.
• Participated in overseas site inspections and functional testing.

Job Responsibilities

• AGV Scheduling & Simulation: Simulated and optimized AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) scheduling and operations to improve workflow efficiency.
• Layout Design & Mapping: Designed AGV layout and route mapping using elcoCAD for seamless integration into hospital and industrial environments.
• System Setup & Software Maintenance: Installed AGV server systems, performed system configurations, and carried out software upgrades to ensure system stability and feature enhancements.
• Overseas Deployment & Testing: Participated in overseas site inspections, functional testing, and condition checks to validate AGV system performance and reliability.
• Tender Preparation: Assisted in developing tender documents and technical proposals for new AGV implementation projects in hospitals.
• Client Training & Demos: Conducted product demonstrations and provided hands-on user training for end-users and stakeholders on AGV/AMR solutions.
• Maintenance Support: Provided technical support for both corrective and preventive maintenance activities for AGVs and AMRs, collaborating with the service team to ensure minimal downtime and high operational uptime.
