We are seeking Project Engineers to join our team and drive successful delivery of network and security projects. The Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced network solutions. The role requires hands‑on expertise in network project delivery, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to work onsite or remotely to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Network Design and Implementation
  • Design, configure, and deploy enterprise‑grade network solutions, including routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure.

  • Implement and optimize network configurations to meet client performance, scalability, and security requirements.

  • Deploy and support SD‑WAN and firewall solutions, including Huawei SD‑WAN, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks.

Project Delivery
  • Lead and execute network and security projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Provide onsite standby support for critical network operations, troubleshooting issues in real‑time as needed.

Documentation and Reporting
  • Create detailed network diagrams, configuration files, and project reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and resolutions in client ticketing systems.

Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on emerging network technologies, including SD‑WAN, next‑generation firewalls, and wireless advancements.

  • Provide recommendations for network optimizations and best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience

    • 5-10 years of hands‑on experience managing network projects in enterprise environments.

    • Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting routing, switching, and wireless networking solutions.

    • Hands‑on experience with Huawei SD‑WAN, Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet solutions is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills

    • Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, QoS, STP, LACP).

    • Extensive knowledge of wireless networking (Wi‑Fi 6/6E, 802.11 standards, RF planning, channel management).

    • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG) and diagnostic equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers).

    • Experience with network security, including firewall configuration, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems, is a plus.

  • Certifications

    • Huawei SD‑WAN certification, PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer), and Fortinet NSE4 are highly desirable.

    • Additional certifications like CCNA Wireless, CWNP, or vendor‑specific SD‑WAN/firewall certifications are a plus.

  • Soft Skills

    • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

    • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
