Job summary

A leading M&E construction firm in Singapore seeks a capable individual to assist the Project Manager with site coordination and management. Responsibilities include overseeing construction work progress, verifying material requisitions, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidates should possess a diploma in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant Electrical work experience in the M&E industry, alongside strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and Autocad.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Electrical work experience in M&E construction industry preferred.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
• Responsible for submission of material sample and shop drawing.
• Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
• Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
• Workout and maintain VO schedule.
• Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
• Prepare progress claim to Main-contractor on monthly basis.
• Prepare payment certificate, verify sub-contractor work progress.
• Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
• Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering / equivalent.
• Min. 3 years Electrical work experience in M&E construction industry is Preferred.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad.
