A leading M&E construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Project Manager in planning and overseeing site activities. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in M&E construction, a diploma in engineering, and strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Autocad. The role involves monitoring construction progress, preparing claims and certificates, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
Responsible for submission of material sample and shop drawing.
Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
Workout and maintain VO schedule.
Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
Prepare progress claim to Main-contractor on monthly basis.
Prepare payment certificate, verify sub-contractor work progress.
Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.
Diploma in Engineering / equivalent.
Min. 3 years M&E work experience in M&E construction industry is Preferred.
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad.
