Job description

Main Tasks

• Meeting with clients to define and determine project's requirement and specification
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Involve in project costing, risk management and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors during the execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and tools available.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with third parties/vendors.
• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS), ISO and Bizsafe processes.
• Report to management on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed.
• Responsible for process quality assurance, reports and documentation at various level.
• Review project ITP as well as relevant procedures and ensure correct execution
• Review testing at various level eg. NDT, hydro test, pneumatic test etc.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Proven working experience in Project Management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an added advantage.
• A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Conscious to work in an international environment.
• Results oriented with a strong sense of achievement and customer orientation.
