Job summary

A project management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineering professional to assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring for pharmaceutical EPCM projects. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders. This role includes providing technical support and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or project management in the pharmaceutical EPCM industry.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate tasks across teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise, prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Oversee project implementation, monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure projects meet quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and comply with industry regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, budgets, and technical documentation.
