- Coordinate with various teams to facilitate project activities.
- Participate in project design meetings and suggest improvements as needed.
- Assist in project design and development activities.
- Support change order management, project tracking, and document control activities with the General Manager.
- Track project progress and ensure all activities are completed on time.
- Monitor project schedules regularly to identify delays or deviations.
- Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Develop project reports for management and clients.
- Analyze and resolve project issues promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with management to develop project scope, plans, deliverables, budgets, and milestones.
- Oversee project correspondence and prepare/review related documents such as emails, letters, proposals, memos, and meeting minutes.
- Review contract requirements and process invoices timely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD software.
