Job summary

A technology service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 6-month role focused on managing user communications and deployment coordination for complex projects. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for users, gathering requirements, providing training, and ensuring clear documentation. Key Requirements
  • Proven ability to manage user communications and collect feedback from diverse business groups.
  • Strong experience in schedule tracking and deployment coordination for complex projects.
  • Understanding of Data Loss Protection (DLP) methodology and O365 Purview DLP.
  • Familiarity with Outlook email encryption.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  1. User Communication & Support
    Act as the primary contact for pilot users across Business Units/Service Units (BU/SU).
    Deliver updates on deployment timelines, progress, and expectations.
    Address queries and ensure clear two-way communication.
  2. Business Use Case & Requirement Gathering
    Collaborate with BU/SU users to capture business workflows and requirements.
    Align Purview DLP and O365 email encryption solutions with operational needs.
  3. Exception Request Management
    Review, document, and track exception requests.
    Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals and ensure timely communication of outcomes.
  4. Training & Guidance
    Provide guidance and training to Line of Business Technology (LOBT) users on Outlook email encryption.
    Develop training materials and organise sessions for smooth adoption.
  5. Feedback Collection & Analysis
    Design and implement surveys, forms, or interviews to capture user feedback.
    Consolidate insights to refine deployment strategies and improve user experience.
  6. Deployment Coordination
    Support deployment activities between FR and ISS teams.
    Ensure alignment with business priorities and minimal disruption.
  7. Documentation & Reporting
    Maintain clear records of requirements, exception logs, training sessions, and feedback reports.
    Prepare deployment schedules and status updates for management review.
