Job Description

  • Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource requirements.

  • To attend site meetings, attend client's briefing/site measurement

  • Work closely with sales team and end user to ensure project alignment.

  • Monitor project progress ensure all project deliverables are met within budget and scope.

  • Monitor compliance with performance standards and specifications, and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards through regular inspection and testing.

  • Conduct Risk assessment to mitigate potential project challenges.

  • Highlight and identify production defects errors.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation to ensure compliance.

  • Provide regular updates on project and sales progress to management Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, submitting quotation and reply email.

  • Planning, creating, brand management and online presence like website,Instagram, Facebook and online shopping platform.

  • Develop and create new product design.

  • Other ad hoc tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Min GCE "O" level equivalent, ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related fields

  • Skilled in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor to support design and project requirements.

Other Information:
  • Working Day: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturday Half Day)

  • Working Hour: 0830-1750 // 0830am-1pm (Saturday)

  • Working Location: Ubi
