Job summary

A growing construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator to help manage site operations and ensure project delivery. Ideal candidates should possess a Degree/Diploma in Architecture and have at least three years of experience in a similar role. Candidates need strong self-motivation and team leadership skills to drive project success, along with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

  • Experience liaising with architects and consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement site organization and resources.

Due to major company growth and project awarded, Mutiara (FE) Pte Ltd has an immediate opening for Project Coordinator. We are seeking well qualified, enthusiastic people to join us for continued growth of our business.

Leadership
  • Ability to assist Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to achieve excellence in the project.
  • To motivate the team including sub-contractors to work cohesively to achieve project targets.
Responsibilities
  • Plan & Implement overall site organization & resources
  • Set project’s target in alignment to company’s objective & goals
  • Assist Project Manager to oversee the project team and sub-contractors in delivery of project in accordance to approved contract completion date/stipulated phases
  • Ensure quality delivery of the project by meeting Client's expectation and satisfying relevant Authority and regulatory compliances.
  • Liaise with Architects/Consultants in all aspects of construction matters during the site progression phase
  • Assist Project Manager to resolve all site issues
  • Plan and monitor preliminary cost budget to ensure project cost within approved budget
  • Implement control measures on material/plant & equipment/utilities usage
  • Control direct labour usage in labour allocation and working of overtime
Qualifications / Experience Required
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture
  • Self-Motivation
  • Computer Skill – using Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office. Drafting Skills by using software will be a plus
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
