Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a qualified individual to contribute actively to project management and ensure compliance with railway system design and installation processes. Candidates should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with ideally two years of experience in electrical design, and should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for facilitating collaboration with various disciplines and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Ideally having a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ideally two years’ experience in electrical design. Railway experience is advantageous.
  • Good team player.

  • Actively contributing to project management
  • Collating / Coordinating technical information prior to assessment
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of railway system design and installation process
  • Ability to undertake design and assessment work for electrical and communications installations
  • Undertaking installation and testing works to a level that complies with LTA requirements
  • Preparing audit and assessment reports
  • Producing design drawings using CAD (Optional)
  • Support the design team during report submissions
  • Effective communication with other disciplines and sub-contractors
Education
  • Ideally having a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Excel
