YOUR ROLE

As part of our Finance Convergence project, we are driving strategic initiatives to streamline and standardize processes across the Asia-Pacific region. A critical component of this transformation is ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our master customer and supplier data migration. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to lead this effort, working closely with local teams to ensure the success of this key initiative.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Managing the master customer and supplier data cleaning and completeness process across various countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Coordinating with local teams to validate and update master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global standards.
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and gaps through detailed analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Supporting the implementation of standardized processes and tools for master data management.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on the progress of data cleaning and validation activities to project stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to master data processes and guidelines.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Role is on a 15-month contract
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in master data validation, financial reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formula creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Solid understanding of master data management principles and financial reporting processes.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Challenge-driven and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple countries at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working on data cleaning or standardization projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial tools is an advantage.
