Overview

Salary: $3000 - $5000 depending on experience and qualification

Working Days: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Working Location: Novena

Contract: Sep 2025 - 31 Aug 2026

Responsibilities

• Responsible for guiding and managing the project team of temporary staffs to successfully deliver the project objectives on time.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Provide regular updates to management

Qualifications

• Background in Leasing/ Facilities Management
• Degree holder
• Familiar with the IT systems to concurrently work on LEAP
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and detail oriented
• Experience in handling/reading lease documents
