The Ecosystem Building team operates one of the most extensive startup ecosystems in the world, leveraging on world‑class research and innovation capabilities twinned with market connectivity through our regional and global nodes.

We are recruiting for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Driving open innovation programme management, mainly our flagship programme Cybersecurity Industry Call for Innovation (CyberCall), implemented with our anchor partner CSA
  • Working with various potential business users/demand drivers and stakeholders that could partner us in developing potential CyberCall challenges
  • Account managing CyberCall partners as required, seeing to the smooth execution of programme activities, manage related stakeholders and resources, internal and external.
  • Provide programmes needs analysis, proactively tracking programme success and iterate on programme design as necessary using a data driven approach.
  • Serve as an active ambassador for our programmes and see to the marketing of our programmes to relevant audience
Requirements
  • Ability to connect stakeholders and solution providers to make projects happen
  • Ability to analyse both the technology and business aspects of proposals to fulfil the big picture requirement.
  • Ability to have a knack for implementation down to the finest operational details for project implementation.
  • Ability to administer and process grant management
  • Resourcefulness and communication skills to work with stakeholders in ensuring smooth running of programmes and operations.
  • Knowledge of current internationally and locally available cybersecurity products.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity/related-industry, consulting and/or open innovation development programmes would be advantageous
