Job summary

A community service organization in Singapore is seeking a Programme Executive to support the execution of programmes aimed at improving family functioning. FAM (Lakeside Family Services) aims to achieve healthy family functioning as well as establish stability and self-reliance among families and children. We support individuals, couples and families who are facing distress and conflicts due to family-related issues through counselling services, and we conduct divorce support services for those impacted by divorce issues.

Responsibilities

Programme Executive supports the effective delivery of FAM programmes by planning, coordinating, and managing administrative and operational functions. This role ensures smooth programme execution, accurate documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement, while also providing essential administrative support to the team.

  • Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of programmes conducted by FAM, including administrative and logistical arrangements to meet clients’ needs, managing end-to-end programme operations, and reviewing programme SOPs regularly
  • Perform record-keeping and administrative tasks such as updating programme-related data, maintaining reports, and ensuring proper documentation
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of outreach activities, including publicity of programmes
  • Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure programme needs are met effectively
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the FAM team
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively engage Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience in data management and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level
  • The role is located in Jurong
