Job Scope
  • Coordinate and administer programmes in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.
  • Administer grant-related processes including claims review, salary support verification, and employer enquiries.
  • Monitor submissions, consolidate reports, and maintain accurate programme records.
  • Track claims, support audits, and contribute to SOP enhancements for efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide operational support for projects/events and assist senior management with ad-hoc assignments.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
