The ideal candidate has over 2 years' experience in a client-facing role within ad tech or digital media, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to elevate the client experience and contribute to long-term success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate Client Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the client relationships. You’ll ensure advertisers and agencies get the most value out of our solutions through thoughtful service, problem-solving, and strong partnership. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll support seamless campaign execution, elevate the client experience, and contribute to long-term success.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering work that builds trust.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of requests
  • Support onboarding by guiding clients through setup, adoption, and best practices
  • Monitor client health and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities
  • Operational Coordination
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of client needs
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and SLAs to uphold service excellence
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records across internal systems
  • Performance & Feedback
  • Gather and summarise client feedback to drive internal improvements
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years in a client‑facing role within ad tech, digital media, or programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), ad servers, and analytics tools
  • Experience supporting campaign launches, creative trafficking, and troubleshooting delivery issues
  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, client‑friendly insights
  • Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns with strong attention to detail
