Job summary

Our client in the public healthcare sector is currently hiring for Program Coordinators to join their existing team!

  • 5 days across Monday – Sunday
  • Conveniently located next to MRT
  • Annual AWS + PB
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, assessment, and monitoring of the healthcare program to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for transportation and courier arrangements.
  • Coordinate with various departments to schedule appointments and services requested by clinical staff.
  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Provide financial counseling to patients and their next of kin regarding estimated bills, available subsidies, and payment options.
  • Assist patients in completing payment forms and ensure proper documentation while following up on all cases until discharge.
  • Generate reports from the EMR system and ensure timely data import into relevant channels for clinical team access.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and familiar with computer operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude towards work.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
