Job summary

A leading manufacturer of protective coatings in Singapore is seeking Production Workers to assist in paint production and packing. Training is provided for candidates with no prior experience. Responsibilities include blending and mixing raw materials, filling paint cans, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. The ideal candidate is physically fit and a team player. About Us

Avance MFG Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based manufacturer of protective and marine coatings, serving shipyards, offshore operators, and industrial clients for over 20 years. We specialise in the production and packaging of high-performance coatings under the Amourshield, Amourcoat and Carboline product families. As our operations expand, we are looking for dedicated and reliable Production Workers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Mixing:

  • Assist in paint production, blending, and mixing processes.
  • Measure and weigh raw materials according to formulation sheets.
  • Operate mixers, dispersers, pumps, and other production equipment safely.

Packing & Filling:

  • Fill, label, and seal paint cans/pails (1L to 20L sizes).
  • Ensure correct quantity, batch numbers, and QC tags on all products.
  • Palletise and prepare goods for dispatch.

Quality & Safety:

  • Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and flammable materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the factory and equipment areas.
  • Report any abnormalities in machines, materials, or finished goods.

General Duties:

  • Loading/unloading materials and finished goods.
  • Support inventory checks when required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
  • No experience required – training provided.
  • Prior experience in paint/chemical manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Physically fit; able to lift paint cans/pails (up to ~12 kg).
  • Able to work in a manufacturing environment with chemicals and machinery.
  • Willing to work in Tuas.
  • Team player with good discipline and responsibility.
Working Hours (5.5 Days)
  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
  • OT available depending on production load.
