Company Description

Vilota seeks to drive products that will democratise spatial perception of future autonomous and tele-operated robotic systems. The team's current emphasis is on lightweight standalone sensor suite hardware, advanced vision-based perception software stack, as well as solution operability both indoor and outdoor environment.

We are seeking Singaporean/PR technicians to work on the production and quality process for Vilota's VPS products in Singapore.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a technician in production and assembly of Vilota's range of VPS products. The technician shall report to the senior technician and support efforts to improve the production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and calibration of Vilota's products according to standard operating procedures.
• Run tests on the assembled products and ensure they meet the requirements and specification standards.
• To execute QC processes and report discovered issues.
• To assist in production planning and production documentation.
• To conduct inventory management and assist in audits.
• Provide support to engineers in the development and testing of solutions.
• To improve process quality by providing quality feedback and supporting initiatives to improve processes.
• Adhere to compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Technician in electrical and computer engineering or any related field.
• Ability to follow SOPs and execute assembly, testing and quality procedures.
• Have strong attention to details and good documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork capability.
• Knowledge of linux operating systems and linux commands is preferred.
• Understanding of robotic vision systems and electronics is preferred.
