Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a production coordinator to manage assembly instructions and production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Industrial Engineering or related fields, alongside 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include planning line setups, assigning operators, and ensuring material compliance and production efficiency. This role demands strong communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in SAP and/or Kofax is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management-type experience is often required or preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Production Planner and Processor engineer on assembly instructions.
  • Prepare for the line setup.
  • Plan and assign operators to the line.
  • Perform monthly checks on shelf-life terms.
  • Ensure production run per schedule.
  • Ensure material issues align with the pick list.
  • Ensure ESD control compliance.
  • Pack & return finished goods with required endorsements.

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Work with Production Planner and Processor engineer on the release of assembly instructions and time ticket/ production traveller base on the BOM and contractual requirements.
  • Prepare for the line setup
  • Plan and assign operators to the line
  • Perform monthly check on the shelf-life terms and update the production schedule to the production manager
  • Ensure the production run per schedule.
  • Ensure received material issue from store is according to the pick list
  • Ensure the ESD control is in the accordance with the Electrostatic control procedure
  • Pack & return finished goods to the store together with the RTS form with QA endorsement
  • Clarify with the production engineer on any doubts as assembly process and safety in process.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant fields
  • 1–3 years’ experience in semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience in SAP and/or Kofax is prefer
  • Previous supervisory or management-type experience is often required or preferred.
