• Operate machines following established procedures to maintain consistent production flow
• Monitor products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Follow safety guidelines strictly to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively
• Read and interpret operation manuals to perform tasks accurately
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support production goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Residence in the west region of Singapore is preferred but not required
