5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.45pm)

Basic salary up to $2,300 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks to support production projects, including assembling wire harnesses and different types of cable assemblies (e.g., multi‑core, coaxial, power, and flat cables).
  • Assemble, modify, rework, and/or reassemble production parts by following drawings, pick tickets, process documents, and/or verbal instructions.
  • Prepare and use basic hand tools and machines (e.g., power screwdrivers, rulers, soldering irons, clamp machines, heat guns, solder pots, crimpers, pinning machines, and automatic wire strippers).
  • Clean parts before production use when required.
  • Identify wires using basic colour‑code sequences.
  • Take part in first production runs for new products.
  • Support cycle counting, inventory handling, and inventory transactions by following established material procedures.
  • Take part in continuous improvement and team activities, and maintain good working relationships with team members.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of machines and assembly methods used in this or similar industries.
  • Meet daily production output and quality requirements.
