Responsibilities

• Be responsible to maintain key relationship and clear communication to provide strategic direction with all team belong to Pre-production Dept. (Cutting/HT/SM), so that, provide the WIP promptly with high accuracy and ensure the production schedule.
• Prepare all master plan for pre-production dept. based on production plan and order summary that received from Planning Dept. and Singapore
• Responsible to availability of all marker/pattern that be used for all preparation within Preproduction Dept. Communicate with PIC immediately if any problem related to marker preparation that be potential risk to production.
• Lead teams to identify material assumption correctly and provide to interest partied if any requirement.
• Responsible to arrange team and ensure the WIP delivered to next process owner timely as production plan without any quality issue.
• Responsible to inform status of WIP for each active PO within pre-production area to every PIC/interest parties for tracking and preparing their process accordingly.
• Responsible to understand well each sub-process in pre-production Process and prepare training if any necessary for PIC to understanding well.
• Responsible to lead the team and cooperate with related department in order to solve if any problem regarding quality in every pre-production process. Supervising correction until the issues is solved completely.
• Responsible to awareness as well as well practice of all pre-production team (CUT/Heattranfer/Super Market), that be comply to all of buyers standard regarding quality/safety/compliance, especially PPE usage, chemical control, metal contamination control and white gloves usage (in case light colored fabric)
• Responsible to availability of all documentation following each processes that can be used to trace material/WIP/cut part and ensure the accuracy of provided information.
