Job description

This is a 12-month contract hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a productive creative environment.
• Manage studio bookings and allocate resources to optimize utilization.
• Act as primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Coordinate tasks, project tracking, and handoffs between internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and improve studio processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and resource utilization.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in studio management, creative production, or similar operational roles.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage resources and schedules effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with both in-house and freelance/contract resources.
• Prior experience working with advertising agencies.
