A premier supplier of seafood and meats in Singapore is looking for skilled chefs, including Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs, to join their production kitchen team. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and at least 3 years of experience in relevant environments. Responsibilities include managing production, coordinating logistics, and maintaining food safety standards. We’re expanding our production kitchen at Avant Fine Foods and are looking for talented, detail-oriented chefs to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced Sous Chef, a Senior Sous Chef, or an ambitious Chef de Partie ready to step up, this is your chance to work hands‑on with premium seafood and meats for our wholesale and B2B clients.
No two days are the same — you’ll manage production, maintain consistency, and be part of a team that values structure, precision, and innovation. Beyond the kitchen, you’ll also get the opportunity to explore the world of sourcing — visiting suppliers, learning directly from producers, and understanding the full journey of our ingredients.
Oversee or support daily production to ensure recipes, portions, and quality standards are met.
Manage inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
Plan and assist in production logistics to ensure smooth, timely operations.
Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation protocols.
Use kitchen management software to track schedules, monitor yields, and generate reports.
Train and mentor kitchen staff (Sous & Senior Sous levels).
Collaborate with R&D on refining recipes, developing new dishes, and improving workflow efficiency.
Participate in supplier visits and sourcing trips to understand product origins.
Chef de Partie: At least 3 years’ experience in a restaurant or production setting.
Sous / Senior Sous Chef: At least 3 years in a restaurant and 2 years in a central kitchen or wholesale environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and high organizational discipline.
Proficient in kitchen management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in logistics, production planning, and food safety management.
Passionate about continuous improvement, consistency, and collaboration.
