Job Description

• Promote the company’s products and services to building contractors, specialist contractors, and building materials dealers to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Liaise with respective managers to gather product information, pricing, and inventory levels for quotation preparation.

• Assist in organizing marketing activities, product presentations, and demonstrations for architects, designers, developers, and contractors.

• Coordinate with principals and the Store Supervisor to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to customers.

• Raise purchase requisitions and generate sales orders using the SAP system.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and maintain proper follow-up.

• Prepare product literature, samples, and technical documents for customer submissions.

• Provide guidance and support to newly onboarded Product Representatives.

• Address customer complaints, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements
