About the team: Local Service supports TikTok’s vertical local services search business, serving global users’ local service discovery needs. Centered on user intent understanding, the team conducts user‑centric experience evaluations and assesses model and strategy capabilities to identify key gaps and opportunities in search performance. In close partnership with Product and Engineering, we define, optimize, and iterate search product features and strategies to deliver accurate, high‑quality local content and services, driving better user experience and business outcomes.
