We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead a team working on our YouBiz product. You will be reporting into our Lead Product Manager. In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of innovative financial technology products, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.

You should have a strong background in customer‑centric product development, and you are expected to define success metrics and constantly measure the impact of our work.

You Will
  • Drive the creation and alignment of the product roadmap based on a keen understanding of relevant data, competitor, customer and market insights
  • Define and track metrics related to product success and the success of new features
  • Prepare clear requirements for compelling product launches, factoring in legal/compliance/financial requirements and translating these into clear PRDs
  • Manage complex integrations including working with external parties/vendors to ensure clear scoping and timely delivery
  • Communicating requirements with engineering and other stakeholders as needed (in both written and verbal form)
  • Coordinate effective launches of new features including go‑to‑market planning, customer comms/FAQs, financial reconciliation needs, and appropriate release planning (including considerations for de‑risking or alpha/beta tests as needed)
  • Exercise good judgment with defining the scope of each project, balancing different stakeholder needs and trade‑offs
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • 2‑5 years of product management experience ideally within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
  • Strong capability to collaborate and drive alignment across technical and non‑technical audiences
  • You are able to clearly articulate options and trade‑offs, and demonstrate strong product judgement in your recommendations.
  • Good grasp of experience in workflows/processes to help us scale while ensuring a delightful customer experience while creating optimal market and business impact
