What You\'ll Be Doing

• Conduct in-depth market research, gather user insights and identify the latest trends/topics in the Crypto/Web3 industry, bringing positive influence to the product roadmap.
• Lead overall marketing strategy for token listing, including campaigns, channel collaboration, promotions, etc. to maximize the impact and effectiveness of our token listings.
• Continuously optimize campaign strategies for listings, to increase user acquisition.
• Responsible for trading VOL market share, AUM growth and new users LTV.
• Develop and build new growth tools.

What We Look For In You

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Strategy or Product Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential.
• Strong interest in the Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain industry.
• Successful experience in designing and executing user acquisition or VOL/AUM driven campaigns
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
